Interests and areas of expertise : My style is a fusion of roots/world music and downbeat electronica.
My earliest influences were mostly blues soul and jazz but i try to stay open to all genres and love to experiment...
Bio: Producer/musician/media music composer, Nigel Male was born in Melbourne Australia where he played bass in various successful live Melbourne blues/soul funk and jazz bands. He also put together original line-ups playing their own unique style of jazz/ blues.

His obsession with world music and cinematic sound led him into producing media music. In 2005, he left Australia to pursue a career in this genre of music.

He lived in the Dubai and Abu Dhabi, in the UAE for a few years, working on advertising music campaigns as well as various other media projects. He then moved to the US to work on some media music projects, and spent some time in Jamaica, compiling a charity benefit album.

He now lives in the UK, and is based in Cambridge and London where he works on composing commercial music, as well as collaborating with and remixing the work of artists from around the world.
